We are a Draper, Utah company. We build private AI servers, which are computers that do the AI work for the whole office. We install them in person and look after them, for law, medical, dental and accounting offices from Ogden to Provo and Park City.

Private by design.
The Vault runs on a machine in your office. It has no connection to the internet. Nothing you type, upload or say is transmitted outside your office network, not to the cloud and not to AMW ai. Each person's work is kept separate from their coworkers', with shared folders for chosen groups and for the whole office. Your office administrator manages access, the way they do for email and files today.
Your office network is the cables and wireless that join your office computers. The cloud means other companies' computers, reached over the internet.

In plain words: there is no way to reach the Vault from outside your office, and when it needs attention, we come in person.
For practices that handle patient data, we sign a Business Associate Agreement. That is the contract HIPAA expects from a company that works with patient data.
Using the Vault doesn't make a practice HIPAA compliant on its own. Your practice is still responsible for its HIPAA safeguards, including who can use the Vault and what gets copied out of it.
We build the machine and look after it. We are not your IT company.

Questions
What is the AMW ai Vault?
A private AI assistant on a machine in your own office. It sits on your office network and has no connection to the internet. Your team opens it in a web browser, the same program they use for websites. They use it to ask questions, search the office's own documents, brainstorm, draft letters and emails, keep meeting notes and track bill and contract dates.
Is it just a chatbot?
No. It is an assistant for the whole office that knows every document you keep in it, like a paralegal who has read and remembered every file. You can talk anything through with it. It also answers from your documents and shows the page each answer came from. It drafts from your files, compares two versions of a document, records meetings, turns scans and phone photos into documents you can search and reminds you of deadlines.
Does it connect to the internet or to AMW ai?
No. It has no internet connection, and no one can log in to it from outside the office, not even us. We install updates in person at your office.
How much does it cost?
The machine has its own price, and it is yours to keep. A one time setup visit installs it. After that, one plan covers the software license, updates and in person support, paid every three months. There is no charge per person or per question. See current prices in the prices section.

Yes. Every price is in the prices section: the machine, a one time setup visit and one flat plan for the whole office, paid every three months. There are no fees per user, per question or for how much you use it.
Can several people use it at once?
Yes. Everyone in your office can sign in and use it all day, with no charge per person. The Vault answers questions in the order they are asked. If two people ask at the same moment, the second sees a short "waiting for the question ahead of yours" note, then the answer. Bigger Vaults answer faster, so a busier office should choose a bigger Vault.
